BOSS Orange SS17

Travel for BOSS Orange is not simply about the physical journey. The process of exploration starts within us - as an internal, personal journey, unveiling hidden sides of our personalities. For Summer 2017, we suggest ways of making that journey, and feeling the pulse that beats within all creative souls.

Shapes and styling pay homage to the music and fashion of the 1970s with typical BOSS Orange wit and irreverence, always giving a modern twist to classic pieces.

Rock Tailoring asserts its central role at BOSS Orange. This season, the jacket collection includes easy gilets and new takes on the field jacket, while broken suits are highlighted in micro structures, rich doublefaces and linen blends. We introduce a new easy-to-wear blazer, ready for life on the road or on tour: a slouchy, uncrushable fil a fil blend, with the playful addition of a sleeping mask in a pochette.

A focus on rich materials and inner workmanship inspired by classic tailoring adds value to garments. Fabrics explore structures and micro patterns, with cotton, cotton-nylon and linen blends with slight stretch for extra comfort. Subtle details abound, such as extra lapel pins, undercollar contrast fabrics and special interior workmanship.

Denim is also a key aspect of the collection, with new denim tailoring including a two-button slimfir blazer and stretch denim gilet. Substainability plays a role in eco-fresh yarns for tees and polos.
